Delivery times

Our products are always produced and sent only after receipt of your payment. Production takes place once payment has arrived by 07:00 of the relevant working day*.

Production times for the individual products:

  • Canvas: 3-5 working days*
  • Acryl: 3-5 working days*
  • Forex Photo Board: 3-5 working days*
  • Mouse Pad: 3-5 working days*
  • Mug: 3-5 working days*
  • Cushion: 3-5 working days*
  • Puzzle: 3-5 working days*
  • Poster: 3-5 working days*


Canvas Prints, Acrylic Prints, Forex Photo Boards, Posters, Mouse Pads, Mugs, Cushions, Puzzles, Cell Phone Covers: Standard Delivery: Delivery is within 21 working days after receipt of payment.

Delivery to all other countries is unfortunately currently not possible.

How can I check the status of my delivery?

You can find the current shipping status of your parcel at any time. For this, enter your parcel number from your shipping notification in the "Tracking" field of the shipping provider in the confirmation email.

Is there an express delivery?

No, unfortunately it is not possible to send your items more quickly.

What do I do if I am not at home when the delivery arrives?

If you are not at home when your order is delivered, the shipping partner takes your parcel away with them and leaves a message. The courier either makes a second attempt at delivery the next day, or leaves your parcel with a neighbor or in a parcel shop near you.

What do I do if the delivery address is incorrect?

Unfortunately your address cannot be changed later due to the speed of order processing. In this case, please contact your shipping partner.

Shipping information

As soon as your parcel is ready for shipping, you also receive a new dispatch notification from us. If you do not receive this notification after expiry of the production time for your article, it is possible that this is due to the message landing in your spam folder. If you also cannot find a message there, please feel free to contact our customer service using out contact form.

Orders of only one product of maximum 30x20cm in size will be automatically shipped without tracking.

How is my order packaged?

In order to enable your goods to reach you undamaged, we only use high-quality special packaging for our products. Our canvas print panel products are, for example, are furnished with an extra layer of edge protection, so that the corners are not damaged in transit. Most of our products are also wrapped in a firm air cushion foil.

When do I need pick up my parcel from the parcel shop?

If the courier service has left your parcel in the parcel shop for pick-up because you could not be reached, you have up to 9 working days to pick your parcel up. If the parcel is not picked up within the deadline, the parcel is returned to us. In this case, a new delivery on our part unfortunately is carried out at your cost.

Can I also have my parcel delivered to a Pack station?

Unfortunately, you cannot provide a Pack station as a shipping address
